Drive to the Memmingen junction and change to the A96 towards Munich. At the Memmingen-Ost exit (14), leave the highway in the direction of Ottobeuren (take the first exit at the traffic circle). Then drive to the next traffic circle and take the third exit towards Ottobeuren. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into Bergmühlstrasse. At the next intersection, turn right into Ekkehartstraße and you will find us after approx. 10 meters on the right-hand side.

Do you have parking spaces for the period XY?

If you book a parking space with us online during the desired time period, it’s guaranteed to be available. Your booking is binding, so you can rest easy knowing your space is reserved for you.

What happens if my flight is canceled but I have already been driven to the airport?

If you have already used our transfer service and your flight is canceled during your stay at the airport, we will not offer a refund.

What happens if I cannot keep to my arrival time?

If your arrival time is delayed, please let us know by telephone as soon as possible, otherwise we cannot promise you a timely transfer.

Are the prices final?

Yes, the prices quoted are final prices.

Does the transfer by shuttle cost extra?

The shuttle transfer can be booked with us and is a chargeable option, as Memmingen Airport is also easy to reach on foot. This means that you can also book without a transfer and walk to the airport. The distance of approx. 2 kilometers takes about 30 minutes on foot.

Can I cancel my parking space?

If your travel plans change, you have the option of canceling your parking space. You can do this free of charge up to 24 hours before your planned arrival. After that, we will charge you 50% of the invoice amount.

When should I arrive at the parking lot?

We recommend that you arrive at the parking lot early to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You should therefore arrive at the parking lot at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure in order to have enough time for check-in, security checks and other preparations.

Do I have to hand in my vehicle key?

Normally, you do not have to leave your vehicle key with us. However, if the parking lot is fully booked or if you are a spontaneous booker, we will unfortunately have to ask you to leave your key with us so that we can move your vehicle if necessary if the parking lot is full.

How can I pay?

You can easily book your parking space with us online and pay immediately (Paypal, credit card, instant bank transfer). After payment you will receive an order confirmation. Your parking space is then reserved for you.

If you do not have the option of paying online, please let us know and you can then make a bank transfer in advance.

If you want to park spontaneously without a reservation, please call us in advance. In such cases, payment on site is also possible.
