Should your travel plans change, you are of course free to cancel your booking.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. Instead of a refund of the amount already paid, however, you will receive a voucher equal to the value of the booking. This voucher will be emailed to you after cancellation; it is transferable and can be redeemed for a future booking with us.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value will be charged. In this case, you will receive a voucher for the remaining 50% of the booking value.
